A stopped clock is right twice a day

Even Bolt gets it right sometimes: his blog correctly notes that carbon capture is a fraud.

Mr Theophanous said Australia could not afford to put all its eggs in the ‘’clean coal’’ basket because the ‘’Holy Grail’’ of storing carbon underground might never be viable.

As New Scientist reveals, CCS is indeed a scam. Yet Bolt sees this as a bad thing because it's a waste of taxpayers' money - not because it would fail to address emissions.

It's both.
