Introduction

Hi folks,

This is a new experience for me, and something that I've wanted to do for ages.

'A climate of mendacity' is an attempt to provide a sourced, line-by-line debunking of every false claim made in the Oz media by Andrew Bolt, Miranda Devine, Piers Akerman and their ilk.

To do this, I'm going to link to their articles when they appear, then rebut the claims by providing hyperlinks to authoritative sources.

I'm not sure how much time this will take, so there's a chance that this blog will fizzle out before it really gets going. However, I'm hoping to develop a bit of word of mouth, which will encourage me to keep going.
